About Zari Zavala-Ruiz
My Story
My experience includes managing research labs, science programs, team-building, and empowering women in leadership. I graduated with a BS in Chemistry from the University of Puerto Rico in 1999, followed by a PhD in Biological Chemistry from MIT in 2004. I then transitioned to science administration over ten years ago and completed Executive and Leadership Coaching training at the Georgetown University School of Continuing Studies. As a fully bilingual individual (English/Español), I have a roadmap to leadership fulfillment that involves:
